Welcome to your very own Beach Drive Condo Association Website! Not too long ago it was expressed that it might be helpful to have such a website and the organization team is thrilled to have it up and running in just a few short months.

Our aim is for this website to be a repository of information regarding our association as well as the surrounding area. Upcoming activities and events, announcements, a community calendar, Declarations and Bylaws, architectural review forms and volunteer committee information can all be found here.

Over the coming months we hope you will find many benefits from this community hub. From finding documents to sharing recipes, from accessing meeting minutes to posting photos – there are many pages in the website directory, and we hope they will be helpful, fun, and easy to use.

As this is a work in progress, we invite you to express any ideas you have for improvement to the website. We are also here to help you in any way that makes engagement easier and encourage you to reach out – either using the contact form here within the website or email one of the Website Committee members directly. We plan on being in “start up and support mode” through the end of the year to help make sure everyone gets a chance to give this thing a try. We will re-evaluate at the end of the year and go from there!
